1 General Provisions and Definitions

5 User Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh shall apply.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full effect. Any delay by aq99 in enforcing a clause shall not be considered a waiver of that clause.
